Mini cheesesteak sliders with roast beef, peppers, onions and melted provolone

Slice the whole tray apart after baking — way easier than filling buns one by one.

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.. Lightly grease the baking dish.
  2. Soften the veggies.. Cook the pepper and onion in a little butter or oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, until soft and sweet. Set aside.
  3. Slice the buns.. Without pulling the buns apart, slice the whole sheet in half sideways so you have a top sheet and a bottom sheet. Put the bottom sheet in the dish.
  4. Stack it up.. Layer on the roast beef, then the peppers and onions, then the provolone slices. Put the top sheet of buns on.
  5. Butter the tops.. Stir the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder into the melted butter and brush it all over the tops of the buns.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes.. Cover with foil and bake until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  7. Slice and serve.. Cut along the bun lines into 12 sliders and serve hot.

How to serve it

Great for game day. Put out pickles and chips and let people grab.

Save the leftovers
