Squares of creamy pumpkin fudge on parchment paper

Line the pan with parchment hanging over the sides — the fudge lifts right out.

How to make it

  1. Prep the pan. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment, leaving extra hanging over two sides.
  2. Melt it together. In a saucepan over low heat, stir the white chocolate chips and condensed milk until smooth. Don't walk away — white chocolate burns fast.
  3. Add the pumpkin. Stir in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt until smooth and orange.
  4. Chill. Spread into the pan and refrigerate at least 3 hours until firm.
  5. Cut. Lift out by the parchment and cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
