Thomas's Witch Hat Cookies
Striped chocolate cookies topped with a chocolate kiss — instant witch hats, no baking at all.

A dab of melted chocolate works like glue — don't skip it or the hats slide off.
How to make it
- Set up. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the cookies stripe-side down.
- Melt the glue. Microwave the chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Build the hats. Dab a little melted chocolate in the center of each cookie and press a chocolate kiss on top.
- Decorate. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle orange sprinkles around the base of each hat if you like.
- Let them set. Leave them on the counter about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then they're ready.
